Chris Holly was admitted to the practice of law in Indiana in October 2008 after graduating from the Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington. Prior to that, he operated a business called Medicaid Solutions devoted exclusively to Medicaid planning and advocacy.  Now as an attorney, he continues to provide Medicaid planning and advocacy services to meet the long-term care needs of the elderly and disabled in central and southern Indiana from his office in Bloomington.

Chris Holly has engaged in Medicaid advocacy since 1984. For 19 years he was employed as a paralegal at Indiana Legal Services representing elderly clients seeking Medicaid and other public benefits. He entered private practice as an independent paralegal in 1999, focused exclusively on Medicaid advocacy. He opened a solo law practice in October 2008. He graduated with a J.D. from the Indiana School of Law in May 2008. He has a B.A. from Kalamazoo College. He is active in the Elder Law Section of the Indiana State Bar Association and a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He periodically presents on elder law topics to professional and lay audiences.
